Guide Book Publishing 

Founded in 1991, Guide Book Publishing(GBP) is the leader in direct-mail directory publications for local congregations and schools. Inspired by the communication needs of congregations, schools,  non-profit organizations, and businesses in local area markets throughout half the United States, GBP has developed a direct-mail advertising medium in which just under 1.4 million books are designed, printed and mailed each year.

Advertising Opportunity

The Beechwood PTSA has contracted Guide Book Publishing (GBP) to publish a School Guide Book & Directory for our families that will be updated and delivered directly to your homes annually. This book will contain everything pertinent to our school: Handbook, Calendar, Committees, Activities, Sports, Events plus a directory of families. This book is being provided and mailed to each family at no cost to us. Local businesses are being solicited to advertise in the book. GBP would prefer to place advertisements for families from our school over your business’s competitors. If you own or manage a business and would like to find out about advertising in our book, please contact us at [email protected]
Recent Survey results by GBP show that 92.1% of families would rather patronize a Guide Book & Directory advertiser over a non-advertiser. It “will pay” to advertise in our new Guide Book & Directory.​

Protecting your Privacy 

We value your trust, so GBP has taken several steps to protecting the privacy of the members at the organizations they serve. These steps include, but not limited too:
​
​1.) GBP guarantee in the publishing agreement online (7)"GBP will not sell or use the School's list of members for any purpose except as intended herein." We will only use the school's list to produce their book.

​2.) GBP copyrights every book they publish, so one has a legal right to use the materials of the book except for the intended purpose.  

​3.) GBP receive the information from the PTSA in an excel file. Only those that complete the survey will be published in the book.
​
​4.)Since the books are direct mailed to the families that are in the book, the PTSA controls who receives the books.
